Without examining you, I can not say for sure. Gout is not likely to present in a little toe or as itchy red bumps. It also is much more common in men than women.

There is the possibility it is a fungal infection, eczema, or even bacterial infection. For a better ide, make an appointment with a podiatrist or dermatologist.
