I started walking again after I had stopped for a while and as I began my walk yesterday the left side of my left foot had a sharp pain. I continued to walk and when I got home I noticed that I could barely put pressure on the foot at all. I went to work which is of course standing and limped around and tried to put my weight on my other foot. When I got up this morning it was hurting more than yesterday. Should I walk it out or try not to put weight on it. I have a lot of walking to do today at school.
