FLAT FEET & BUNION SURGERY? SHOULD I ?

I am 27 and I have flat feet. One foot flatter than the other since one leg is SLIGHTLY shorter than the other. Personally I think my feet are UGLY and I'm very embarressed by them. This affects me to t he point that I cannot wear shoes with a suit because I'm so ashamed of my feet. I'm wondering if its wise to have surgery to get rid of the bunions. TO make this decsion I'm wondering if anyone who has had this procedure done can help me with the following .

1. Will my bunions return since I have flat feet?
2. Will I be able to run and play sports as I used to?
3. How much will this whole procedure cost?
4. Will I be able to wear slim shoes such as italian loafers?
5. Which type of procedure would suit me best and where should I look for a reputable podiatrist?

PLEASE HELP !!! =)
