broken foot not healing

Help - fell and broke fifth metarsal - left foot on Sept 14-2003. Spent 8 weeks in a walking cast - Still have continued pain in outside of left foot and foot pops and is very painful on bottom btween toes three and four. Can't hardly walk- Dr. just shrugs and says maybe it'll get better. This can't be right

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
