small, painful bumps on sole

Hello, For a few years I have had recurring puss-filled bumps on the sole of my right foot. They are reasonably small, but can be quite painful until popped. Once popped, if the puss that was inside gets on any other part of the foot more bumps may form in the next few days. They eventually subside for a few weeks, but then return. Any ideas? I would think there might be an over-the-counter fix, but I don't even know what this is! Thanks for your help. Bryan.

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
