foot pain

Several years ago, I dropped a 1x4 across the top of my left foot. I had the foot x-rayed and there was nothing broken. My foot continued to swell, it would swell so bad that the skin on my toes would crack open. I would return to the Dr. and still nothing was wrong. I was told to keep the foot elevated.

In the last couple of months on the pad of my foot, just below my little toe a knot appeared, it became real sore and would burn and tingle. I thought that maybe I had stepped on a thorn or something. I started to pick the knot hopeing to get something out of it and some relief, the pain only became worse. I left it alone, and it still has not been any better. When I wear my shoes during the day I will experience a burning and tingling in the knot that will shoot pain into my toes. By the end of the day and first thing in the morning, I can barely walk on the foot. My foot continues to swell especially when I wear sandals or just go bare footed around the house. What can I do?

A layer of gel combined with a foot cover to help protect metatarsals and toes from friction and pressure. It also ideal for cushioning the ball of foot and provides warmth for people suffering from arthritis or poor circulation to the toes.
