Toe tingling/itching

The inside tip of my second left toe has been waking me up at night with something that isn't quite an itch, but more of a tingle. I can ignore whatever it is more easily during the day, or it is milder then. It doesn't seem to be a fungal infection. The toe has a bit of a callous because the big toe has a bunion and touches it a little. I've been trying creams (sequentially moisturizing, cortisone, and fungal) with no effect. Something to ignore for awhile longer to see if it disappears like it came, or worth seeing a doctor about?

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
