Re: diet after bunion surgery

I'm certainly no expert but after other surgeries, I've been told to take zinc and Vitamin C supplements.

Also, if I have surgery, I only plan to be inactive for the first few days. After that, I plan to do bicep, tricep, chest and shoulder exercises with light weights in bed. After 1 - 2 weeks, I've been told I can do leg extensions and hamstring curls if I'm confortable and careful (with light weights.) I've also been thinking about leg lifts for my abs early on.

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
