Plantar Fasciitis

My podiatrist and GP tell me I have Fasciitis. I've been fitted with custom orthodics and have been wearing them for 6 months. They help, however my feet still hurt. The pain is usually near the top of the tendons near the ball of the feet (when I apply pressure along the fasciitis it hurts). Both my podiatrist and GP say that Fasciitis can be anywhere on the feet.

I was once very active and now I can't do the things I use to love doing because of this, such as treadmills, bike riding and hiking.

Does Fasciitis ever go away or am I going to be like this for the rest of my life?

Lined with soft fabric on both sides, this ~2mm thick SiliposŪ proprietary gel pad is an excellent cushion to help relieve the burning sensation and discomfort of the five metatarsal heads of the foot (the ball-of-foot) by protecting the ball of foot from repeated friction and abrasion with the shoes.
