I can not comment if the diagnosis is correct or not. Many times a diagnosis is arrived at through a process of elimination. Sensory neuropathy can be difficult to diagnose with conventional testing.
One thought I had that you did not mention is tarsal tunnel syndrome. Has anyone mentioned that? Do you have any low back trouble?
