Can't find anything about this

Hi,
Toe next to pinky toe- skin under it, (toe pad?)- is much larger than any other on any other toe. Skin has become almost tringular in shape. Actually lays under toe next to it. Very painful. I file off dead skin, but this is actually flesh! Help! Thanks in advance.
