Torn ligaments , tendions in right foot.

I was outside walking and I felt my right foot snap something terribly. Went to the doctor and had 3 x-rays , it was Not broken , just torn up inside my foot
The Pain and swelling is awefull. The doctor gave me Nothing for the discomfort / Pain. I hurt so bad !
I hope this heals FAST !
