Transverse Metatarsal Ligament

Are you familiar with the surgery where the ligament is snipped to allow morton's neuroma to shrink? I am now finding that my entire forefoot is very sensitive. I can't walk on a hard floor and haven't been able to find any comfortable shoes. It's been 3 months since the surgery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
