First of all, the items you see advertised are not mine. The gentleman who hosts my website owns these other sittes, so I am not sure what you bought. As far as guessing what your problem is, without an examination, I can't be too sure. Possibly a neuroma or capsulitis. I doubt circulation or diet has anything to do with it.

I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
