spots on bottom of foot

It started out with just a couple of little spots, pin head sized, on the bottom of my foot. They itched like crazy. Now there are 23-25, some connected. They are clear and go inward (like blisters only on the inside) they itch and hurt if pressure in applied. Any idea what this could be. It's only on one foot.
