my surgery

I had bunion surgery on both feet in December of last year. I am still experiencing pain, expecially in my right foot. Recently I discovered that one of the screws has come out so I have to be cut on once again to remove it. You can see the srcew poking up through my skin and it is very painful. Should I be charged to remove this screw and should I still be experincing pain when I walk?
