Warts & Shoes

I have been treating my plantar warts with Freeze Off and it has been working. I have gotten rid of about 5 of them with 7 more to go. What should I do as far as my shoes & sandles? Can I continue wearing them? Do I need to wash them? Should I get rid of them because they can 'reinfect' me?
