open tx fx distal tibia:= Open treatment of fracture of the distal (end) of the tibia

op rx tib fx-tib/fib fix:= open repair of tibial fracture with internal fixation of tibial and fibular fracture
AFO Fracture Orthosis, Tibia= Ankle Foot Orthosis used to treat a fracture of the tibia
