That kind of sounds like something I had years ago. I had what looked like blister going inward and I thought I had stepped on something and got splinters and then they started to get painful. They ended up being planter warts and the Dr. treated them with a chemical to burn them off. Like the Dr. says you should have it checked to be sure. I just went to a family Dr. for it.
