This is another possible treatment for a neuroma. I have done this on some patients. Some do declined because I tell them it will hurt and they must do a series of 5-7, Usually if there is no response after the 3rd then it is not likely to work. In the literature it is quited as having a high (about 87%) rate of success. My results have not been that good, but neither are injections of steroids.
