Use of Chemical Neurolysis

I had a bunionectomy of both sides (including tailors bunion removal) of my left foot over 2 years ago. Since a few months after my surgery, I have had an extremely sensitive sensation alongside my incision mark above my tailors bunion removal site. I have also had many of the same symptoms of Morton's Neuroma between my third and forth toes.

I am wondering:

Did this happen from my surgery?

Are they probably directly related to one another?

And, how numb can I expect my foot to get as a result of chemical neurolysis? I am very concerned with destroying a nerve I may very well need and I don't want to have a part of my foot numb forever.

Thanks for your help!

Malleoloc for lateral ankle instability. Designed to prevent inversion and eversion. Malleoloc does not restrict plantar and dorsiflexion. Excellent for sports use.
