raised toe

On my right foot my fifth toe is raised up higher than the others. It doesn't stick straight up, nor is it bent like a hammertoe, but it just sits about 1/2 inch off the ground. It's been like this as long as I can remember. I've tried to look up info on it but always find overlapping fifth toe info. Mine doesn't overlap at all, it is just raiesd up higher. What is this called and what causes it? Anyone else have this?

Tuli's Double-Ribbed Pro heel cups are the most advancesd shock absorbing heel cups available today. The primary force of the heel strike is absorbed by the larger and higher waffle pattern while the lower and denser waffle pattern absorbs the high pressure and final force spike of heel strike. Perfect for sports activities.
