I really would want to see the report and the films. I do not think that your insurance will allow the Ossatron treatment. Presently this is not an indication.

Having said that, I am by no means stating that this is your only choice: You might require a surgery to resect the bone spur and reattach the achilles tendon.

You should have a discussion of your options with your doctor.
