extra large big toe

my daughter is veryt concerned about the size of her big toe and finds it difficult to find shoes that fit and look right , she is a slim girl with size 7 shoes that just fit. her big toe is above an inch bigger than the rest. Is there any pocedure that could correct this in the united kingdom, i would be greatful if anyone could e-mail me. thankyou.
