Stump Neuromas

Do you know what the liklihood is of a stump neuroma after a morton's neuroma excision? Is there an average rate that is usually quoted? I suspect it depends on the surgeon's skills, but I'm just wondering what the percent likelihood is generally believed to be.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
