Good evening and thank you for your time. Just recently on Sunday 12th, I experienced a sharp, stabbing pain on the side of my right foot as I was driving. It was very excrutiating and it lasted about 2 seconds. Just tonight, the pain came back with the same affect. It is a quick pain on the right side of my right foot, almost on the top but not quite. I'm not having pains in my heels, arch, or ball of my foot. I injured my toe badly 2 days ago on my right foot and it still hurts. It also looks swollen. It may be a simple fracture; who knows.(Maybe the injury to the toe has an effect with the stabbing pain?) I appreciate your expertise and suggestions regarding this matter. I will be seeing a podiatrist soon. Is there something cautious I need to be aware of with my experience?
