Purple right foot instep & big toes

I fell from a height of about four feet off a ladder slipped and landed with an impact on the ground. My landing was not smooth. I twisted my right ankle which is swollen. The right instep has turned purple in a 4 x 1 to 1 1/4 inch area. At the heel it goes from a solid purple splotch gradiating upward and then stops. The closer it gets to the toe it become striated. There are two lines, the first being 1/4 x 3/4 inch, the second 7/8 x 1 1/4, then there is an almost symmetrical 3/4 x 3/4 inch spot that is more solid purple. This injury is almost like I slammed the side of my foot into something. Also the two big toenails have turned purple - the left is full and the right is 3/4. All of the others have no discoloration at all. Should there be any need for concern and if so what are they?
