small bump near instep and ankle area/fatty deposit

I saw a podiatist, yesterday, regarding this little bump which has been with mne a while but not been a bother. It, recently, moved next to a vein and feels like something is trying to break through my skin. It was located above my left arch instep and is now nearer the ankle area. The doctor gave me some sort of shot to try to break it down and, if this doesn't work, mentioned a minor surgery to take it out. I must randomly manufacture these fatty things, as I had one removed from another body area a few years ago.
I was told to wait a few days to see if the shot worked. What do you think?

Softens and remove corns in a most comfortable way. It is ideal to help relieve pain on a toe or finger affected by corns, blebs, blisters, hammertoes, calluses and digital traumas.
