jones fracture

I broke my 5th metatarsal on my right foot on may 30, 2004. I stepped off a step and my foot turned and I heard a popping sound. I went to the hospital (in a foreign country) and the doctor put me in a cast without setting my foot for 4 weeks. At the end of June I went to a different doctor and he said my bone had been displaced and it was too late to do anything because it has been healing for too long. So, at 7 1/2 weeks, I went to a different doctor and they took my cast off. It has now been 5 weeks since that day and my foot is still in pain. When I walk at times, I feel my bone pop. Sometimes I will feel a shooting pain in my foot and the bone is bigger than the other foot. I don't know what to do at this point...I have been taking calcium. I don't know if I am doing too much on my foot, I don't want to cause more damage. How do I know if I need surgery or not? I know this will be hard to say because you haven't seen my xrays, but is this worth seeing a doctor? I am in a foreign country now and would have to leave this country in order to see a doctor. Thanks for any help you can give!!

The proprietary gel also provides extra protective padding to help comfort the pain caused by metatarsal soreness. May be used for relieving the burning sensation under the metatarsal heads, calluses and tarsal fat pads.
