My son is 14 has severs disease. He was hobbled for several weeks but the quags and stretching have him back at full strength. He has been running pain free for 2 weeks, how long should he wear the quags. He has tight hamstrings and calf muscles, will depending on the quags weaken or shorten his achilles? Football season runs right into basketball season and advice would be appreciated. THanks Scott
