Re: constant bilateral heel pain

Recent (2 month old) constant pain in both of my heels. At times it burns severly when I go up/down stairs. Occational runner but stopped running beacause of the severe pain. No swelling or discomfort otherwise, unless, if I press directly on my hells with my hand, I can feel the pain. Have not contacted a podiatrist nor have I tried wearing any confort device.
Your advice will be greatly appreciated before I go see my military physician.
