I rolled my left foot under to the outside

I rolled my left foot under while doing a thai boxing workout the other day. It may be still be weak from tripping off a curb in boots about 10 years ago (I'm 37 now.) Anyway, outside of taking it easy & icing it as much as possible to reduce the swelling, what else can I do to speed up recovery? Any exercises? I can walk ok after 3 days. It's sore when I first step on it after sitting for a while. It is still very painful to put any weight on it at an angle if it's leaning to the outside. Any comments or help is much appreciated.
