You wouldbe best served making an appointment to see a podiatrist and have your foot x-rayed. Then you can discuss the options. Please consider that if your concern is cosmetic rather than to relieve pain or restore function, then many doctors will not operate on your foot. I think you should make your intentions clear at the beginning.
