It is possible you have a stress fracture, but without seeing this and getting an x-ray, it is impossible to give you a really useful answer.

My recommendation is that you see a podiatrist (preferably one who sees runners)

In the interim, you might buy replacement insoles for your running shoes. You really do get what you pay for. A store that caters to runners should have a decent selection. Some brands to look at are Spenco, Sorbothane, and Sof.
If your running shoes have 300+ miles on them, they are not considered good shock absorbers any longer.
