frozen ankle/ capsulitis

Last sept I was diagnosed with plantar fasciatis, get some insoles and you should be good to go. I got better for a little while in May the pain came back worse they imbolized my foot for 4 weeks and the pain got worse, did MRi 3 degree tear medial lateral tendon. they operated and had to harvest the tendon that controls the two little toes and put a pin in. that was 6-1, ive been in therapy for it ever since but there is a tightness in my ankle thats not going a way, doc now says I have capsulitis, gave me a steroid shot, says if it's now better in 2 weeks he is going to cast it, Any one else have this problem, what did your docter do for it?
