Numbness in toes

I was married about a month ago and needless to say was on my feet for probably close to 17 hrs. Of those 17 I was in heels (1 inch) for about 14. That night I found that 2 of my left toes (the 2nd and 3rd from the outside) have numbness (similar feeling to 'falling asleep'). It is not a constant feeling, but I notice it more when walking barefoot and stretching my foot.

What could be the cause and how can I care for it?

Thanks

Lisa

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
