Shin pain at night

At night I have a burning sensation in my shins that prevents me from sleeping. Although my feet and knees are cold, my shins feel like they are burning up and I need to keep them out of the covers to cool them off in order to get any sleep. Can you recommend what or whom I should see regarding this as my primary provider does not have a clue what could be causing this. Thank you

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
