You know what I have the same thing it is funny you should mention aboutthe ankle cause when I do range of motion withthe ankle It seems to stretch the right ligament or tendon or muscle and I get the popping relief.. but it is sooooo temp ti will come back in like 2 min. I am so lost and do not know where to turn to anymore. I hope you get better I know what u are going thru. Leonor email me please and let me know your progress
