Wife's Ankle Sprain

The ER doctor told my wife she had torn ligaments and soft tissue damage on both sides of her ankle and top of her foot. When she twisted it the ankle popped out of place and went back in on it's on when she tried to move it. She was placed in a plaster splint and told to wear and use crutches until she can walk with no limp. Is this standard procedure? It seems like it could take weeks and she wants to limp around on it. I'm trying to keep her off of it but she is getting impatient. What should I do?

Softens and remove corns in a most comfortable way. It is ideal to help relieve pain on a toe or finger affected by corns, blebs, blisters, hammertoes, calluses and digital traumas.
