Foot problems

How do I find a foot DR that can review a new product we have. It work on:

preventing Sweat- for foot blisters (maybe Diabetics?)
foot odor
athletes feet
dry feet are warm feet (Skiing)

also are there publications that we can send a press release??

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
