I'm flat footed & have been trying to do more walking for excercise for about a month.I stepped it up from 2 to 4 miles. I have started having pain under the ball of my foot & some numbness in my toes. I went to one size larger in my walking shoes & bought gel inserts but it still hurts & I have been unable to keep up my walking. Is there anything I can do? I've nevr had problems with my feet & can usually wear any type sneaker. I am now buying the more expensive ones. |
