Re: Long Term Heel Pain

I have the same condition. About 9 years ago I went to my podiatrist, I had three cortisone injections per foot over about 13 months. When the pain came back, he gave me a brace that caused me to have to stretch my leg muscle, dorsi-flexing my foot. I have had no severe pain since, and when it feels like it's going to start, I use that brace even today. The brace isn't to walk with, just when you watch tv or are in bed, or sitting around. It feels good to hurt no more.

The proprietary gel also provides extra protective padding to help comfort the pain caused by metatarsal soreness. May be used for relieving the burning sensation under the metatarsal heads, calluses and tarsal fat pads.
