Took the plunge

After bantering around the diagnosis of my feet. Neurologist saying it is PN and two podiatrists feeling it was mortons neuroma, I decided to take an action step and began treatment with the podiatrist. I'm going the sclerosing route since I have neuromas in both feet. I know the success rate isn't that good, but the foot doctor said he has had pretty good success. I will always have the crumpled sock feeling, but the lancing pain should go away. It is between the 3rd and 4th toe on the left foot and the 2nd and 3rd toe of the right foot. Both podiatrists said that the scrunching of my toes, taking off my shoes and massaging my feet...all make my feet feel better make sense. Plus they said that the neuromas are palpable to touch. It just amazes me that the neurologist who did the ankle reflex thing, based her diagnosis on that alone. I didn't get much of a reflex, but all other tests came back negative.
