Im a former judo club member and in a way had this pain-in my (right foot)toe finger whenever a considerable amount of pressure is being applied. I believe that the injury came from one of our sparring wherein much pressure was applied on that area of my right foot when me and my sparring-mate was struggling and/or wrestling. Im flat-footed and am planning to go back to judo, since i stopped for a couple of months. My question are:
1. Are there any existing foot-finger barces in the market?
2. I had this problem about my feet since i had long foot-fingers that can at anytime be injured whenever they are being stepped unto accidentally(since judo is a full-contact physical sport), should i request our Sensei that i be allowed to wear wrestling shoes to protect my feet-fingers? or are they there any existing feet-finger tapes in the market?
3. Lastly, if im going to use tape braces to combine or brace my (right foot)big toe and the next foot-finger besides it and brace the other three foot fingers left(so its like, i have this "two big foot fingers" which is "i think" sturdier) is it safe? is the bracing style safe? em i doing more harm to my foot, if im going to brace my big toe to the foot finger beside it, while doing a physical activity like judo?
Thats it, and i will appreciate any replies from you, thank you very much and Good day!
