I am currently training for a marathon, did 14 miles sunday and yesterday (tues) had 5 .. When I got done w/ the 5 miles the outside of my left foot felt like it needed to pop or was twisted or something?? I'm not sure if that makes sense but was wondering if i might has strained a ligament or something. there isn't any pain just that "annoying"feeling that it needs to be popped or something. its not my ankle but outer edge of the foot. I have been running for 5 years so my body is used to long runs. but due to weather I have been doing all runs on treadmill instead of outside.
