Re: ankle sprain

first, please tell me what treatment you initially were given upon initial presentation w/ your sprain. Ligaments take 6-8 wks to , and proper healing MUST occur to regain proper strength due to the types of collagen be layed down and the direction the collagen lays in the injured area. Second, can you please describe where your pain is now more specifically...is it the same as when you first hurt your ankle..has it moved?
