I can not give an answer to your question as I have not examined your feet and inserts and shoes. This is somewhat like asking what is the best food to eat or car to drive. I recommend going to a better store where you can get sized properly. Examples might be a specialty running shoe store, a store that employees a pedorthist, A SAS (San Antonio Shoes) store, a Larry's shoe store are but a few that come to mind.

I jam sorry I can't be more help in this venue. In my office I take great pains to educate patients on proper shoe fit and sizing.
