Something's wrong with my foot.

Ive got a major problem with my foot. My toe has been bugging me for three years. During the first 2 years, when i realized that my toe is numbed etc, I thought it was ok. However, a few months ago, in feb. of 2006, i realized my walking patterns changed.
I'm going to the military soon. And I dont know what the heck's wrong with me. Hope i get an exemption.

Here's my foot problems.

1)My left toe has an inflammation
2)my walking pattern changed. For instance, my left leg's bent outwards.
3)I tried to walk straight, but it hurts alot.
4)I feel electric shock when i walk. And a burning tingling sensation on my left toe.
5)I always trip when walking straight.
6)My left leg is flat. Im a flat footed person.
7)My mum massaged my feet before, but it doesnt seem to help.

Do you think its possible to get a military exemption with this problem?
