Walking - trip alot

When resting my feet point, like a ballerina. They do not rest comfortably flat like most people's feet do. High heel shoes are more comfortable to me because my foot naturally slopes that direction. (boots that cover my ankles and that restrict me from relaxing my foot cause my ankles to become sore. (I hope you understand what I mean.)

While in the hospital to deliver my 3rd child the nurse told me to relax my foot and I told her it was. She then said, that I had drop foot and asked me if I trip a lot. At that time,(7 years ago) I didn't trip anymore than a normal person. Lately though, I trip at least once, sometimes twice a day. Not a big deal, never gotten more than a bad bruise from it. But, at 35 I wonder if this condition will become worse with age and if there are any treatments or surgeries to fix this problem.

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
