As you can probably guess, I can not say anything for certain without ewxamining you. Cramps can be due to several things, such as a calcium or magnesium deficiency,a vascular problem, a biomechanical problem, improper shoes, a nerve problem, a muscle problem, etc.
If you want to try adding Magnesium, I usually recommend Citracal with Magnesium. If this doesn't help then I recopmmed you see a podiatrist
